Moving from Illinois to Arizona in 1978, I will never be
able to get enough of the Blue Skies and the Dry Heat! Born in
Chicago and raised in the NW suburbs, all my friends & family
encouraged me to get my real estate license when we arrived in Arizona.
My love for Arizona simply radiated! It felt as though my job was being a
walking Arizona Chamber of Commerce. My wish was for everyone to move
here. Why would anyone want to continue to live with grey depressing skies,
freezing weather, tornadoes, mosquitoes, flooding, dampness,
high property taxes, (do you get the picture?) when they could live
in Valley of The Sun! Blue Skies and Green Grass year round!
Imagine, my three sons getting bicycles for Christmas and riding
them out the front door.....in DECEMBER! We were here to stay!
Within two weeks of our move, my parents followed!
Being a good listener, in 1981, it was time for me to get my real estate
license and fulfill my true calling.
A big thank you to my family and friends for such
great advise. Not only is this the job I love, it fulfills my purpose
in life..... Helping People! What a Blessing!

Between administrative positions and actual brokers license Mike has
over 38 years of Real Estate Experience. He started his career in real
estate at a very young age. Mike has several degrees including AA,
BS and MA degrees from Michigan Colleges and Universities. Mike
presently holds the ABR, GRI, CRS designations. He also presently
holds the e-Pro and MRE Certificates. He also has three retired
designations as well as an unrelated PRP designation. Sometimes he
is referred to as the Professional student. He and his wife Marge taught
real estate technology seminars Internationally for 5 years. He designed
and wrote the classes and Marge did most of the teaching, even though
the MA degree is a teaching degree from Western Michigan University.
He is a certified Ethics Instructor in Arizona. Mike has been active in
three states in the REALTOR Association and has been active for 30
plus years in the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). He
has served several terms on NAR committees including the Professional
Standards Committee, and The Equal Opportunity Committee. He
has also been a member of the Member Policy Committee and the
MLS Policy Committee. Mike has the distinction of having attended
every NAR Conventions since 1975; an accomplishment that less than
a handful of REALTORS can boast about. He has spent more than a
year in Washington DC at various Conventions from a few days to a
week at a time. He would be happy to work with you to find a home
for you and your family.

Arizona is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. It has everything
you could ever want rolled into one great state: mountains, lakes, forests,
nearby oceans, snow, warm weather, a foreign country next door, etc.
This is where Bill grew up. It has formed a can do attitude in his
sunny disposition.
Real Estate is a tremendous 24/7, pedal to the metal, full speed ahead,
eat lunch on the go, type of career. It has been Bill’s career since 1971.
He became a real estate broker, owner, educator, developer, builder
and has enjoyed every minute of it. His wife and 6 kids enjoyed his
regular presence at various school, cultural and athletic events over the
years. Fifteen grandkids call him papa.
Professional Ethics in real estate has taken a large part of his attention
since the early 80’s as an officer and director of the local and state
Realtor Associations. He still volunteers for these committees.
